Total or partial reproduction, copy, alteration, use or distribution of our designs, samples , web sites content, logos or any images are strictly prohibited, without our deliberate authorization and will be sanctioned by the law. 

Copy of  any GDx2 web site designs or content using any "suction software" is strictly prohibited and will be illicit and considered as a counterfeit.

Work policy:

1.For graphics projects whole payment has to be received before printing. For some web site packages payments arrangement can be considerate. Free sample is offered upon request.

2.NO REFUNDS.

3.Domain Name DNS and Hosting will be bought on the next business day payment is received. Domain name activation on internet takes 48 hours (time depends on hosting servers). As soon as it is activated, an intro with contact information will be uploaded to the web site while we work on the construction. A link will be sent to the clients to fallow the progress of the web site under construction to guaranteed our ethic work and accept their suggestions.

4.Website conclusion estimated time is 15 office days. Time will depend on the volume of the web site and how fast clients provide the information to continue normal developing work.

5.Website will available on Internet with client approving.

6.If information is not received within 2 months, domain name and hosting will be expired.

7.Samples will be sent it with watermark, can NOT be printed, alterated, duplicated or used for any purpose, private or by a company.

8.To protect integrity and functionality of web sites we will NOT share any confidential information of our clients or servers.

9.For privacy policy, GDx2 do not sale, rent or share any client information with third parties.

10.To guarantee web functionality, updates will only be made by GDX2. Update fee of $60 for each section. Monthly arrangement can be provided.

11.GDx2 pages are Not editable templates and we do not share any hosting server information or design files.

12.After a year domain name and hosting has to be renewed. Prices can be changed according to Hosting Servers.

13.Hosting Servers annual payment price included Domain name, Internet hosting and a basic update. Hosting server prices are subject to changes each year.

14.Annual renew payment has to be effective 20 days before expiration to prevent any issues with the servers.

15.If the customer decides to cancel our web services, web site with domain name "will be removed" permanently of the Internet. We do not give out any files or confidential data.

16.Domain Name’s expired for up to 5 days have $100 fee charge to be recovered.

17.Domain Name transfers will be effective within 15 days.

18.Other restrictions may apply.
